This mixed-use real estate portfolio is comprised of 27 highly preserved historic buildings and condominium units totaling 50,000 square feet and is supported by an amazing collection of local businesses

Washington Street’s three-story buildings were constructed in the late 1800s and early 1900s. Today, these historic buildings consist of for-sale condominium homes and ground floor commercial restaurant, retail, and creative spaces and have previously been aggregated by notable real estate investors including Starwood Urban,Madison Marquette, and FD Rich. AGW SONO Partners LLC acquired the portfolio intending to instill stronger branding and execution around the unique opportunity to effectively own and manage the lion share of Washington Street.

OnWashington is the marketing arm for AGW SONO Partners LLC and a support arm for its tenants, and whose mission is to accentuate branding for the Washington Street Historic District.
