Mecha Noodle Bar Norwalk

MECHA means "Mom and Pop" in Vietnamese. MECHA Noodle Bar means a flavor explosion of American-Vietnamese-Japanese-Thai-Chinese-Korean-New England-Momofuku-Totto-and-Ippudo inspired cuisines under one roof. With locations throughout Connecticut, MECHA SoNo adds to the exciting cultural diversity enjoyed throughout this coastal community. Pho and ramen (slurping is encouraged) noodle dishes are prepared to order and incorporate a variety of flavor combinations from Hakata style 24-hour pork broth to spicy red miso. Customer favorites include pork belly bao buns, pork and shrimp red oil dumplings, kimchi fried rice, and firecracker sings with togarashi and tamarind. Mecha offers beer, wine, and sake as well as Thai boba tea and Vietnamese iced coffee.
